What Does CIGNA Cover?

That includes the foundation of positive oral health, the six month checkup and cleaning, along with an annual set of x-rays. Topical fluoride treatments and dental sealants, which provide additional protection against tooth decay, may also be covered under your CIGNA insurance plan. Restorative treatments like tooth colored fillings, crown and bridge, root canals, extractions, and dentures, are usually covered by up to 80%. You will be most likely be responsible for the full amount of elective procedures like cosmetic dentistry.
